Eeeeek! There is a mouse in studio. Apparently a very famous one! Hermie the GDS pet! He was hiding in Tina’s trash can this morning. We fed him a blueberry and a cinnamon roll. Then we set him free. For some odd reason I was sad and for another odd reason I miss him dearly.

The World’s Ugliest Dog (According to Guiness) was in studio showing off his chops! Cody and I enjoyed his funny looks and BIG heart. The big question though… who is better looking the Dog or Cody and I?

Fries Anyone? I decided to go for a fast food themed Halloween costume? The funny thing about this choice… many people thought I really was serving food and placed an order with me at the weather center.

MARTINI TIME…WITH TINA MARTINI!

We were really shaking things up this morning with the edible human Encyclopedia Tina Martini at the M Resort! Her new show is every Wednesday through Sunday at Noon, 4 and 7 Pm. It’s a cooking demo like in their awesome studio! And let me tell you…. Ms. Tina Martini is a kick in the pants! She is too sweet and funny! Watch out Food Network…she is coming! Tickets start at $39.00 and that includes the cooking show, food and drink, and a quick pass at the buffet at the M!  I had so much fun whipping up some dishes this morning in the kitchen. Especially the raspberry mouth throwing contest! ha ha! I rule!

Yes! It does exist! The 20-second workout! I had a blast this morning with Spence Larson and the entire team for this hot new workout trend. This is a great way to get in shape…and boost your metabolism!

PROMO SHOOT!!!

Boy oh boy… did we run some stairs today! We shot an upcoming FOX5 promo that will air soon for all of you too see. I can give out the details… but what I will tell you is that it is for the upcoming Scale the Strat 
run at the Stratosphere  on March 13 and 14th. It all benefits the American Lung Association. Joey G. just called me as I am writing this… to complain about his legs hurting….just from the promo shoot!!!  So you can imagine the run itself is going to be hard! It’s 1,455 stairs…108 floors! 
My jersey boy Joey and I have been training really hard with our trainer Mel to get into shape to be able to do it. I know Monica, Joey and I can do it…but we will be crying at the end probably throwing down a few cocktails to make the pain go away! ha ha!  Check out the pic!
